I have been busy launching my first collaborative blog – Birds on the Blog and I have been fortunate enough to chat on twitter with other bloggers launching theirs at the same time. Birds has done very well, 3000 page views in the first week and heading that way for the second week too 
I am also blessed with bloggers who produce their drafts in time – maybe it’s because they are female 
Talking with each other about what they are doing has been very productive. What is interesting is we have the same ‘problems’ regarding multi author blogs, similar ideas…
… and we all have grand plans
