As you know my preferred option for follow Fridays on twitter is in a blog…

Some people notify the people they mention when they do it this way, I tend not to. Which reminds me, I will have to set up a Google alert for my twitter URLs in case I get mentioned.

So this week I have found the following people to say go take a look, I follow lots of interesting people and the great thing about follow Friday is it means I get to share them. Each week it’s a different bunch of people.

@soniasimone I have been listening to some of her podcasts lately, they are very interesting – from a variety of perspectives. Go follow.

@EmilyCagle Emily is so up on current affairs and hot topics, she must be a source of news herself to the BBC. Working in PR, she really is in the know. Go Follow.

@cartoono on a blog earlier this week I wrote about ebooks. Simon does all the graphics for our ebooks, he is superb, they look superb, they sell well. He has an obsession with fat people, writes witty poems and is a talented writer as well.

@lemezma for his public speaking podcasts – if you are looking at the public speaking angle then Marc is your man.

@davidmiles for the unending support he has given the Blokes on the Blog project, the Lunch and Laptops projects and social media in Essex. Hard to believe he is an internet marketing guy
